Yep – I still think Levin Furniture is horrible (bad, and even sucks).
Received a lot of support of the blog today – thanks to everyone who checked it out.
I think the consensus is that although this isn’t a major issue or defect – I didn’t pay to have the merchandise cracked, or split — nor did I receive a discount for the sub-quality product. So Levin should at least compensate me with either the new rail and slats — that aren’t broken (I know, crazy thought); or a credit / cash. Now – since I’ve already paid for this stuff – and doubt that I will ever return to Levin Furniture – not sure a “credit” will be do me any good.
Anyway – thanks for everyone’s support.
Tomorrow I will summarize and recap the contact log I’ve kept — noting how many times I’ve called and never received an answer, or a call back; and the two time’s I stopped by the store.
Levin Furniture is still bad – and I will never buy from them again!
