Well, it has been about a year since my not-so-fantastic experience. I have not, and will still never set foot in a Levin Furniture store again. I do enjoy receiving their mail and offers.

I have no complaint with Levin Furniture. I have been a customer for years and all I can say is they take care of their customers. Yes, you may have a problem with your furniture or mattress but remember they don’t make the furniture and that could happen no matter where you purchase. Levin service team has helped me with my furniture issues and when I had an issue with my mattress they sent a service tech out and replaced my mattress because of a factory defect. Everyone is so quick to write the negative, I think it’s time we look at the postive. I will forever be a Levin Furniture customer.

I agree with poor services and quality from Levin furniture. I have not been so aggravated in several years. Post sale customer service is horrific. I am finding a lawyer to sue this company for aggravation and fraud.

I have had a very similar situation with Levin as listed on the site.
1. Furniture delivered late.
2. Furniture delivered broken.
3. Replacement furniture not showing up for over a month (Still haven’t got it)
4. ZERO Customer service. No call backs, no answers to email, nothing, zip, nada. For weeks and weeks.

I purchased a Sealy mattress a year ago and within that time my box springs have been replaced 5 times and the bed (which was purchased at the same time) has been reinforced. The inspector armed with a ruler and a piece of string said it is not the mattress after he fluffs it up. Beware! or find yourself a good chiropractor.
